This is a pattern to make this beautiful smocked bishop dress that fits blythe and other similarly sized dolls. Pattern includes instructions on fabric cutting, pleating, and assembling the dress. Dress closes with snaps or hook and loop tape in back.
It does not include instructions on how to smock or a smocking plate.
I recommend a pleater with half rows or pleating by hand if yours does not have half rows. Dress can be pleated with 5 half rows.
This pattern is a fun pattern to experiment with, cut is short into a top, shorten the sleeves or lengthen them, leave only the pleated section and create an angel sleeve. Since only small pieces of fabric are needed it can even be done with lace trim. (Last picture was created with lace lined with fabric and sleeves shortened to angel sleeves) Please note that this is a full pattern with 1 pattern page to print and 11 pages of sewing tutorial, this pattern however has not been tested by anyone other than me!!! Because this pattern has not been testing it is being offered at a super low price of only $1.50.
